sportradar lnb brazil basketball betting rights 1

Expanding its dominant footprint in Latin American sports technology, Sportradar has acquired the exclusive worldwide audiovisual (AV) betting and gaming rights for Liga Nacional de Basquete (LNB).

The four-year agreement includes a comprehensive suite of integrity and performance tools designed to elevate the profile of Brazilian basketball on the global stage.

Integrity and Technical Innovation

Under the terms of the deal, LNB—which operates the premier Novo Basquete Brasil (NBB Caixa)—will integrate Sportradar’s Universal Fraud Detection System. Furthermore, the league will gain access to Synergy tools, providing coaches and analysts with high-fidelity data to understand and break down game performance in real-time.

Sergio Floris, Managing Director of Sportradar in Brazil, commented:

“Sportradar already has a strong presence in the country through partnerships in football and volleyball, and we have long looked forward to welcoming Brazil’s premier basketball league into our portfolio. Together, we aim to elevate the league through innovation, data and integrity.”

Broadening the Global Sports Portfolio

The partnership arrives as Sportradar aggressively bolsters its presence across multiple verticals. Recent consolidations include a deepened agreement with Hard Rock Bet and a strategic data and streaming deal with the Professional Fighters League (PFL).

Moritz Gloeckler, EVP of Rights and Strategic Projects, noted that the firm is well-positioned to help leagues like the PFL and LNB capture burgeoning fan interest through interactive solutions that transform the user experience into something more immersive and data-driven.
