BETER, a leading provider of live streaming and real-time data for fast-paced betting, has secured vendor registration in Florida. The approval, granted by the Seminole Tribe of Florida dba Seminole Gaming, allows BETER to launch its products in one of the most scrutinized regulated markets in the U.S..

Following the approval, BETER’s flagship table tennis product, Setka Cup, is now live on Hard Rock Bet. The integration provides Florida bettors with round-the-clock access to live streaming, real-time data, and odds for fast-paced table tennis matches. This launch makes Florida the fifth U.S. state where Setka Cup is available.

Strategic U.S. Expansion

This move is part of BETER’s broader strategy to build a robust presence across regulated U.S. jurisdictions. Chuck Robinson, Chief Revenue Officer at BETER, described the registration as a major milestone.

“Securing vendor registration in Florida is another major milestone for BETER and a clear signal of our growing momentum across regulated U.S. markets,” Robinson said. He added that the company plans to integrate its exclusive esports product, ESportsBattle, into Hard Rock Bet soon to further diversify the content available to Florida players.

Integrity and Compliance

BETER emphasized that its expansion is underpinned by a strong commitment to integrity. All matches are monitored by an internal integrity team to detect suspicious patterns, ensuring transparency and fair play.

Valeriia Tarchynska, Chief Legal Officer at BETER, noted that the successful registration demonstrates the company’s ability to navigate complex legal landscapes.

“Obtaining vendor registration in Florida reflects the strength of our regulatory strategy and the expertise of our legal team in navigating the complex U.S. regulatory landscape,” Tarchynska stated.
