BETER Colorado obtains minor vendor license

BETER, the award-winning provider of fast-betting content and data, has secured a Vendor Minor License from the Colorado Division of Gaming, marking a significant step in its expansion across the regulated US market.

The license enables the company to deliver its portfolio of live data and 24/7 streaming content to licensed operators throughout the state.

Following the approval, BETER has already launched its content in Colorado with its long-standing global partner, bet365. The initial rollout includes two of BETER’s flagship products: its popular ESportsBattle tournaments, featuring disciplines such as eFootball and eBasketball, and its fast-paced Setka Cup table tennis series.

This launch represents a major milestone, as it is the first time that BETER’s ESportsBattle tournaments have been made available to players in the United States.

Colorado is now the second US state where BETER has gained regulatory approval.

The company was granted a Vendor Registration by the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (DGE) in April 2025, which led to the successful debut of its Setka Cup series in the Garden State earlier this year.

The approval in a highly regulated market like Colorado is a testament to the quality and integrity of BETER’s products.

This expansion aligns with BETER’s wider strategy of securing licenses and launching its exclusive fast-betting content in key regulated states across the US.

The company has confirmed that it is actively pursuing licenses in several other jurisdictions, including North Carolina, Arizona, and Indiana, as it continues to meet the growing demand for its next-generation products in the North American market.

Gal Ehrlich, CEO of BETER:

“This is another milestone moment for BETER as we continue to expand our presence across the United States, a market where we see huge demand for our next-gen products. The U.S. is considered one of the most tightly regulated markets in the world, so securing approval in Colorado is a testament to the dedication of our legal team and the outstanding quality of our products, especially in terms of integrity and adherence to the rules of fair play. It’s an honor to launch in Colorado with bet365, an esteemed partner of ours and one of the top brands in the U.S. market, making its Colorado players the first in the country to access ESportsBattle tournaments.”

Valeriia Tarchynska, Chief Legal Officer at BETER:

“It is an important step for BETER, and it aligns with our wider strategy of securing approvals and launching our exclusive products for bettors across all key regulated U.S. states. As always, I would like to thank our trusted partner, the law firm Blank Rome, for supporting our licensing efforts in Colorado and for their continued work with us as we actively pursue licenses in other U.S. jurisdictions, including such states as North Carolina, Arizona, Indiana, and others.”
