Bragg Gaming has announced the appointment of Matej Filipancic to the newly created role of Global Sales Director.

This position has been established to bolster the company’s global commercial strategy and drive its expansion across key regulated markets. Filipancic, who will be based in Bragg’s Ljubljana office, begins his new role with immediate effect.

Filipancic brings a wealth of industry experience to the position, having previously held senior roles at Gaming Innovation Group (GiG), including Regional Head of Sales and Business Development Director.

This appointment also marks his return to Bragg, where he previously spent over five years as the Head of Turnkey Solutions. During that time, he was instrumental in adapting the company’s Player Account Management (PAM) platform for entry into new jurisdictions, including the highly competitive Dutch market.

In his new capacity, Filipancic will be responsible for overseeing the sales strategy and client engagement for Bragg’s entire B2B product suite, which includes its aggregation platform, proprietary content, PAM system, and Fuze™ player engagement tools.

This move follows other recent senior hires at Bragg, including a new EVP of Group Content and an EVP of AI and Innovation.
