Symbolic image of the Netherlands as the 888 brand announces its return through a partnership with ComeOn Group.

The globally recognized gambling brand 888 nl is set to make its return to the regulated Dutch market after a four-year hiatus, following a new strategic partnership between its parent company, Evoke, and the iGaming operator and platform provider, ComeOn Group.

This collaboration will see ComeOn Group operate the new 888 nl website using its own proprietary and scalable casino and sportsbook platform.

The agreement marks a significant B2B achievement for ComeOn Group and a capital-efficient market re-entry for Evoke, which also owns prominent brands such as William Hill and Mr Green.

Through this partnership, players in the Netherlands will soon regain access to the familiar 888 brand, which will offer a comprehensive suite of gaming products.

The upcoming 888 nl platform is slated to feature a diverse range of online slots, exclusive in-house games, a full-featured sportsbook with competitive odds, and a wide variety of live casino tables.

Juergen Reutter, CEO of ComeOn Group, commented on the significance of the deal, expressing his pride in the collaboration, highlighting the trust placed in ComeOn Group’s technological and operational capabilities.

We are honoured to be entrusted with the operation of 888, one of the most iconic consumer brands in gaming.

This partnership aligns with ComeOn Group’s strategy of expanding its B2B services and follows its recent successful expansion into other regulated European territories, such as its recent sponsorship deals in the Danish football market.

From Evoke’s perspective, the Director of Corporate Development emphasized the strategic value of the partnership.

The collaboration allows Evoke to re-establish the 888 brand in a key regulated market through a “high-impact, low-capital” model, which is in line with the company’s broader corporate strategy for growth and expansion.

While the partnership has been confirmed, a specific launch date for the newly licensed 888.nl has not yet been announced.
