The gambling harm prevention consultancy Epic Global Solutions has announced two major collaborations, renewing its successful partnership with Kaizen Gaming for a second year and establishing a new agreement with the Global Institute of Sports (GIS).

Following what Epic’s Head of Delivery, Dave Sproson, described as an “excellent first year,” the renewed partnership with Kaizen Gaming will see an expansion of safer gambling training.

Having initially provided training for Kaizen’s European teams and those managing the Betano brand in Brazil, the second year will include more workshops, consultancy, and initiatives for teams across the globe.

Epic will continue to assess training needs, support safer gaming strategies, and provide detailed evaluation reports.

Grigoria Artsanou, senior learning and development specialist at Kaizen Gaming, said:

Working with Epic has provided our team with valuable, real-world insights that have deepened our understanding of responsible gaming.

The new partnership with GIS aims to support the professional development of sports industry leaders and promote positive change on a global scale. Building on previous collaborations, including the 2023 Gambling Harm Prevention in Sport Summit held at Wembley Stadium, Epic will share its expertise with GIS students and professionals.

The collaboration will have a particular focus on key markets such as the United States and the growing football sector.

John Millington, SVP Programmes and Delivery at EPIC Global Solutions, said:

Both organisations share similar aspirations on a global scale, especially in the territories where we operate and grow, including the American market and football.
