A graphic celebrating the new partnership between iGaming supplier Yggdrasil and BetArabia, the digital arm of Casino Du Liban.

In a significant expansion into the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, iGaming supplier Yggdrasil has entered the Lebanese market through a new content agreement with BetArabia.

The deal makes Yggdrasil’s portfolio available via the country’s exclusive licensed operator, the digital arm of the renowned Casino Du Liban.

Through this partnership, BetArabia will integrate Yggdrasil’s acclaimed proprietary game titles, including the popular Vikings and Golden Fish Tank franchises.

The agreement also extends to content from thirteen of Yggdrasil’s independent studio partners, providing BetArabia customers with a diverse and extensive new selection of gaming content.

This move is a continuation of Yggdrasil’s strategy to grow its presence across regulated markets worldwide, following similar deals in Europe.

Jose Kadala, Commercial Director at Yggdrasil, commented on the market entry.

This collaboration marks an exciting step for us as we enter the Lebanese market for the first time. Our product suite has been proven to resonate with players all over the world, and the MENA is an exciting, growing region where we are confident that our games will make an impact.

BetArabia holds a monopoly on both iGaming and sports betting in Lebanon, having secured its license from the country’s Ministry of Finance in 2022.

Tigran Geghamyan, COO at BetArabia, said:

This is a new standard, and we are proud to lead it. By combining Yggdrasil’s world-class games with BetArabia’s deep regional insight, we’re bringing something truly unique to players across the region.

This move only highlights Yggdrasil’s recent activity in the iGaming sector, which saw the company both partner with leading brands and enter new and exciting regulated markets in a bid to further establish itself as a top player in iGaming.
