Caesars Entertainment, in partnership with SL Green Realty and Roc Nation, has unveiled the first renderings of its proposed casino in Times Square, New York City.

The ambitious design showcases a sleek, glass-enclosed gaming dome rising above 1515 Broadway.

If approved, Caesars Palace Times Square would be the first casino in the heart of Manhattan. The design includes a luxury hotel, entertainment venues, fine dining, and retail spaces—all aimed at transforming the iconic area into a high-end destination.

The renderings highlight a vibrant interior featuring a sprawling casino floor under a glass canopy, along with rooftop terraces and performance spaces that reflect Roc Nation’s cultural influence.

Sustainability is a key focus, with energy-efficient systems and modern urban landscaping integrated into the plan.

The consortium behind the project is one of several vying for a downstate New York casino license. Caesars argues that their location will drive tourism and economic recovery without building a new structure, as the plan utilizes an existing skyscraper.

Critics, however, are concerned about increased traffic and the impact on Times Square’s family-friendly image. Still, proponents argue that the development would bring jobs, generate significant tax revenue, and revitalize midtown Manhattan.

The proposal is now under review by state regulators, with a decision expected in 2025. If selected, the Times Square project could redefine urban casino experiences in the U.S.
