3 Oaks Gaming has entered the booming gaming market in Portugal by forging a strategic partnership with Betclic in a bid to introduce its cutting-edge game portfolio to Portuguese players via IGT PlayDigital’s aggregation platform.
As a result of this collaboration, players in Portugal will now get exclusive access to a select number of 40 of the studio’s most popular titles.
Some of the games that are now available in Portugal via Betclic include some of the supplier’s biggest hits, including games such as More Magic Apple, Grab the Gold, Aztec Fire, and many others.
Portugal’s official gambling regulator, Serviço de Regulação e Inspeção de Jogos Turismo de Portugal, has already given the green light to Betclic to integrate 3 Oaks Gaming’s entertainment, with the operator having the exclusive rights to offer the distinguished games of this leading provider.
Betclic was the first operator to secure a Portuguese online betting licence back in 2016 and proceeds to be a leading entity in the region’s thriving iGaming market.
According to Statista, by 2029, Portugal’s online gaming user base is anticipated to reach more than 800,000 players, driving market revenue projections to €969.40 million.
Yuriy Muratov, Chief Commercial Officer at 3 Oaks Gaming, commented on the partnership and said that the company is excited to enter the Portuguese market with a top-tier operator such as Betclic, and expressed gratitude to IGT PlayDigital for making this venture possible.
This collaboration aligns seamlessly with our growth strategy, allowing us to expand our reach into one of Europe’s key regulated markets thanks to IGT PlayDigital’s platform.
Similarly, Marc Burroughes, Senior Director of Aggregation at IGT PlayDigital, stated that his company is proud to be an integral part of this partnership and for helping 3 Oaks Gaming’s expansion into Portugal.
IGT Play Digital Aggregation are proud to make this partnership happen and at the same time contribute to 3 Oaks Gaming’s market expansion in Portugal.
3 Oaks Gaming has had a rather busy year after the company made several significant moves to expand in various regulated markets around the world.
This includes securing the Brazilian B2B license, partnering with Betsson Group’s StarCasino, and teaming up with Rush Street Interactive to help the supplier expand in Latin America.
